The AVATA PanCancer 60 test can be applied to any cancer type, and has been extensively validated on Brain tumour, Lung Cancer, Stomach Cancer and Ovarian Cancer.

The AVATA PanCancer 60 test screens over 60 drug candidates from these sources:

The drug screening data is analysed with a database of over 1400 reference drug response data.

How it works?

1. Your tumour sample (about 1g of sample) is collected post-surgery
2. Sample receipt at AVATAMED Lab
3. Tumour is extracted for NGS testing and Immune profiling
4. Tumour is cultured and screened on AVATASCAN Drug Screening platform
5. Genetic, Immune profiling and drug screening data are analysed with AVATAMED analysis software with AVATAR Database.
6. A personalised, actionable report is generated and delivered to your oncologist
